Welcome to Rocky Mountain Association of Environmental Professionals!

The Rocky Mountain Association of Environmental Professionals (RMAEP) was founded in 1982 as a non-profit professional association made up of members across six western states: Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.

The environmental field is diverse, and at RMAEP, we are committed to supporting professional development through meetings, conferences, networking events, industrial facility tours and other similar events. Our goal is to foster advancement in scientific and environmental education through the formation and operation of a non-partisan, collaborative Association of environmental professionals. Additionally, we offer scholarships to students pursuing careers in the environmental field. We encourage active participation from all members in RMAEP activities to ensure a wide range of perspectives and concerns of professionals engaged in the environmental field are represented.
