About Us

The Rocky Mountain Association of Environmental Professionals (RMAEP) was founded in 1982 and is affiliated with the National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP). RMAEP is a non-profit professional society of members in six western states: Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.

Our goal is to encourage professional development through meetings, conferences, and other RMAEP sponsored events.  Our policy is to promote advancement in scientific, interdisciplinary, environmental education through the formation and operation of a non-political, multidisciplinary society.  Our objective is to encourage and facilitate full member participation in RMAEP activities in order to assimilate the widest range of view and feature concerns of professionals engaged in the environmental field.

Please join us at our monthly meetings to network with other environmental professionals and learn about the diversity of the growing environmental disciplines!
